- Exceptional customer service
- Preparing and explaining the fact find process
- Assessing your clients needs to find the best product
- Advising on ancillary matters such as Solicitors, Life Cover etc.
- Assessing affordability
- Advising on all aspect of mortgages and the various schemes
Job Requirements
You must hold a relevant mortgage qualification such as CeMAP and be able to satisfy the FCA’s Fit and Proper test.
As full training will be given coupled with a proactive hands on compliance approach experience isn’t necessary.
