Our Mortgage Advisors are based in South Shields but we offer our services nationally. As a whole of market Mortgage Broker we offer a completely bespoke service based around your own unique needs and circumstances. We take the time to understand your requirements before sourcing you the perfect product.

Fees and Charges
Our fees and charges will be explained to you from the onset and recorded in the terms of business we send you. Where we charge a fee, this will only become payable if you complete on a mortgage we recommend, we will never charge you for withdrawing from our services, changing your mind or if we can’t find you a suitable product. In addition to any fees charged we will receive a commission payment from the lender we place you with. We may also receive other commission payments from 3rd parties we recommended to you. Our standard arrangement fee is £250 which is payable on completion of a mortgage we arrange for you.
