Yes, you can negotiate this directly with the seller and their estate agent. The seller has to give you a “Fixtures, Fittings and Contents Form” (via your conveyancer) listing all the items they’re leaving, removing or selling in the property. You need to let your conveyancer know if anything on there doesn’t match what you’ve agreed with the seller or if you are entering into a separate agreement to purchase any furniture directly from the seller.
