You might hear our terms of business referred to as IDD (Initial disclosure document), both titles refer to the same document.
Our terms of business set out what services you are being offered and what fees we will charge you, as well as consent to use your data and other key areas that we need to make you aware of.
It is a regulatory requirement for your Adviser to provide you with terms of business. We do this via our initial welcome email which includes our standard terms of business. We will issue you with a Signable copy once we’ve spoken with you and understood your requirements. The final version will show any fees which we have agreed to charge you.
