Singable is a UK based electronic signature provider that provides eSignature technology.
We use Singable when we need you to sign a document.
We will always try to use a digital signature wherever possible. Not only to speed up your application but to save on paper as part of our commitment to lowering our carbon footprint. Sadly not all lenders accept eSignatures and still insist on “wet ink”.
You don’t have to use Signable, if you’d rather have hard copy documents posting to you just let your Adviser know.
Documents that we send you via Signable for electronic signature are legally binding as the provider complies with the eIDAS regulations (https://ec.europa.eu/digital-single-market/en/policies/trust-services-and-eidentification).
You will receive an email from Signable telling you your documents are ready to be signed. You follow the simple step by step instructions to view, sign and download your documents.
